Well, no surprise if you have not told Word/OpenOffice which quotations you want in the final list of references! This can be done as follows:

1. Open your Word document.
2. Put the cursor where you want to insert your quotation.
3. In WibTeX, navigate to the record which contains your quotation.
4. Click on the Word/OpenOffice button in the lower part of the "single view" window. The data will be transfered using the style you set in the "citation mask" (accessible from the main window).
5. Repeat steps 2-4 until all your quotations are transfered.
6. Go back to the main window of WibTeX and press the Word button "list of references". A window pops up that allows you to format the output style of the list to be created.
