The following problems are known:

• The version of Microsoft Word is older than version 2000.
• The installation of Microsoft Word and/or OpenOffice has errors, so that WibTeX does not find this software.
• Your screen resolution and/or font size is too big or too small. You will achieve best results with a resolution of at least 1024 x 600 pixels with a small font size (96 dpi) or a resolution of araout 1680 x 1050 pixels at a font size of 120 DPI. This latter configuration is optimal.
  
• When importing files that have not been generated by WibTeX, you may encounter problems. This applies especially to cases where the file was created under an operating system other than Windows/DOS. Possible sources of error and solutions are listed here.
